This is a blog for my new 35g shallow reef build. I hope this can help people out on some DIY and other Q's for reef keeping.
I used the pin method to build the tank and everything worked as planned. It was built using 3/8" cast acrylic.
Dimensions are 30x18x15. I wanted to go with a shallow reef because I can use a lower wattage fixture and use way less energy. I chose the ATI Sunpower 24" 4 bulb combo. I dont think there are to many people that have this fixture yet but I have been using mine for ~2 months and love it.
